Transcript Request

The Richland School District has two options for transcript request. Please read the options below and choose which one best fits your situation.

Option 1:
If you are a student that has graduated in 2003 and beyond, please visit Parchment (online transcript service) via this link. Parchment will deliver e-transcripts to your selected colleges and universities. Processing fees will vary for each transcript request on Parchment. Fee for Parchment services will be $4.15 as of April 1, 2021.

Option 2:
If you are a student that has graduated 2002 or before, please download the "Transcript Request Form" (below) for a fillable PDF. The PDF has instructions for requesting the transcript and how to submit the request. The cost of this service is $3.50 for each transcript.
